Welcome to "Uri Stay," where you can feel as comfortable as if you were at home. 🤞 A fully equipped, cozy, and pleasant accommodation—recently upgraded with new window installations. Amenities include a bed, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and a full set of tableware. We’ve carefully prepared everything to ensure you feel right at home, even in an unfamiliar area. Room 1 features two super-single beds. Room 2 features one queen-size bed. Do you want the entire space to yourself? Or would you like to share it with a friend? Do you need a place to stay due to university studies, an exchange program, a business trip, or moving? The accommodation is a 7-minute walk from Cheonan Terminal. Cheonan Terminal offers access to buses and taxis connecting to the Seoul metropolitan area and all parts of Cheonan city.
Wooristay Guidelines 1. Smoking is prohibited inside the building (including rooms, hallways, and the kitchen). 2. Unauthorized visitors and disruptive behavior are prohibited. CCTV is in operation in common areas. 3. Pets are not allowed, regardless of type. 4. After the contract begins, transfers, subletting, schedule changes, and refunds are not permitted. The minimum contract period is one week. Please notify us at least two days before checkout if you wish to extend your stay. 5. Late fees may apply if payment is overdue by three days or more; the contract may be terminated in cases of prolonged non-payment. 6. Rates are subject to change upon contract renewal; if you do not agree to the new rates, you must check out when the current contract ends. 7. Please remove your shoes indoors. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. 8. The use of electric heaters or other fire-prone appliances is prohibited. In the event of a fire, please evacuate via the stairs and refer to the floor plan on the refrigerator for the location of fire extinguishers. 9. You may be charged for any damage to facilities or equipment. Please leave the room tidy upon checkout. 10. Please dispose of trash in the designated areas and properly clean up food waste and delivery containers. 11. Vacuum cleaners and washing machines may be used between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. 12. Please clean up and ventilate the room after cooking. Let’s work together to keep Wooristay clean and comfortable by being considerate of one another. ♡
Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, Olive Young, Starbucks, and hospitals are located near the accommodation. It is situated in the city center, making it very convenient to access.
