You are free to use the appliances provided in the unit, such as the washing machine, dryer, and food waste disposer. Please separate your waste into general trash and recyclables for disposal. Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited. To maintain a pleasant environment, pets are not permitted. Please refrain from making loud noises or causing excessive disturbance during late hours out of consideration for other residents.
