This is a newly completed building. We offer a duplex-style room and a private unit on the third floor for exclusive use. Both levels feature terraces, and barbecue facilities are available. You will feel as comfortable here as you do in your own home.
It is located a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Station. Haeundae-gu Office and the Eogwi Samgeori bus stop are also nearby, making it easy to travel anywhere in the area.

It is close to Gunam-ro, and with the beach just a 10-minute walk away, it’s a fantastic spot for strolling along the Haeundae seaside and the Dongbaekseom walking trails. Lately, the distinction between peak and off-peak seasons has blurred; the area is bustling with international tourists, creating an atmosphere so vibrant you might even forget you're in Korea. There are also plenty of great restaurants and charming cafes nearby.
