This is a clean unit that has recently undergone remodeling. It is fully furnished with amenities including a washer-dryer, a queen-size bed, IPTV, and a refrigerator. Basic cooking utensils and tableware for four are provided, making it suitable for families. Bedding is also provided. Although it is on the second floor, the presence of a semi-basement unit below means it is situated at a height equivalent to one and a half stories.
It is a 20-minute distance from Sangnoksu Station. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes away. It is located right next to Seohaean-ro and is close to Maesong IC, making highway access convenient.
Indoor smoking is prohibited (a special cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected). Pets are not allowed (if a pet is found on the premises, you will be asked to leave and charged a special cleaning fee). Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM (check-in time can be adjusted if the room is vacant). We will send you a message with usage instructions once the booking is confirmed.
There is a walking trail right in front of the accommodation, and the spacious Banwol Park is nearby, making it a great spot for a stroll. With supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity, it is a convenient place to stay.
Additional charges will apply for excessive use of gas, water, or electricity.
The facilities were clean, and I especially loved that the washing machine had an automatic drying function. However, if the water wasn't used for a while, rusty-looking water would sometimes come out, and the bathroom drain didn't flow very well.
