All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges will apply upon check-out if gas, electricity, or water are used excessively, and restoration costs will be charged in the event of damage or soiling.
It is close to the station and quiet. Although it is an older building, it is well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay.
