Additional vehicles must use external parking facilities at your own expense. - For groups exceeding 5 people, there is a charge of 20,000 KRW per additional person per week (maximum of 3 additional guests, for a total of 7 people; includes one set of extra bedding per additional person; this is a general usage fee charged regardless of whether the bedding is actually used). - Use of extra bedding is treated as an additional person.

It was a comfortable and tidy space. With a washing machine and dryer available, I stayed without any inconvenience. Hot water is reliable, and since there is air conditioning in every room, it stays pleasant even in the summer. Although the individual parking spaces are a bit small, the facility extends down to the fourth basement level, so parking isn't an issue; plus, there is a convenience store on the first floor for added convenience.
