This listing is for the second floor of a standalone house; the first floor operates as a bakery. You have exclusive use of the entire second floor, including a beautiful terrace that is as spacious as the interior living area. It is a 5-minute walk to Seoul Forest, Ttukseom Station, Daiso, and GS Fresh Mart. A CU convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away. It is a quiet residence where you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Seongsu—one of Seoul's hottest neighborhoods—while experiencing the cozy, "K-drama style" country-home vibe right in the heart of the city.
5-minute walk to Ttukseom Station (Line 2) and Seoul Forest Station (Suin-Bundang Line).
Please treat the space as if it were your own home. Smoking is prohibited both inside the house and on the terrace. Please remove your shoes before entering. We allow pets based on the trust that you will treat the property with care. Please note that you will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by your pets.

We are so glad we found Hojin's apartment. It was the best stay in Seoul with a fantastic host. Hojin was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay; he even left us gifts 🤍 The apartment is very clean and spacious, and it features a huge terrace. We highly recommend staying here.
