This is a neat "1.5-room" duplex officetel located just a 6-minute walk from Ansan Jungang Station. It features one bedroom, a duplex sleeping area, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. A queen-sized bed and brand-new bedding are provided. The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa and a large projector, allowing you to enjoy various streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, TVING, and Wavve. It also includes a height-adjustable desk and an office chair, making it an excellent choice for business trips or "workations."
It is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Ansan Jungang Station, making public transport easily accessible. Lotte Mart is also within a 6-minute walk, and the station's main commercial district is right nearby, allowing you to easily walk to restaurants, cafes, and bars. Parking is available down to the 6th basement level, and electric vehicle charging stations are provided. There is also a public parking lot just a one-minute walk away, offering free parking in the evening.
