This is a neat, newly renovated room. It is a fully furnished unit equipped with a bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchen sink, Wi-Fi, TV, dining table, gas stove, wardrobe, washing machine, and dryer.
It is a 15-minute walk to Konyang University and a 10-minute walk to the Gasuwon Overpass bus stop.
Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 Check-in is contactless. Please contact us in advance for early check-in or late check-out. After the booking is confirmed, we will send you an information message the day before your arrival. Based on single occupancy. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
There are many supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants within a one-minute walk.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included items.

The studio is incredibly clean, quiet, and great! You could honestly just show up with nothing but yourself. Chat responses are quick and helpful. I stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time. There are also great places to eat nearby.

The place was much more spacious and cleaner than it looked in the photos! You provided everything—from essential appliances like a microwave, rice cooker, hair dryer, dryer, and washing machine to towels, toiletries, and detergent—so I really appreciate that the setup allowed me to just show up with nothing but myself!
