It was cozy, warm, and lovely. Thank you. However, there was a persistent sewage odor coming from the bathroom and kitchen areas. I tried opening the windows, running the exhaust fan, and using a dehumidifier, but the smell wouldn't go away, which was a bit of an issue. I think it would be even better if this could be resolved. Thank you for sharing such a clean and wonderful space. Wishing you continued success!

I was a bit worried since it's a semi-basement unit, but the air conditioner works well and a dehumidifier is provided, so it was fine! It has a separate kitchen area, and I appreciated that a new TV was installed. It comes fully furnished with appliances, so I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a short-term studio rental.
