We are opening for the first time following our renovation on September 1st! The room features two super-single beds with 100% cotton bedding and all the essentials. We’ve prepared everything to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay! We look forward to welcoming you! Maximum occupancy is 2 people; there is an additional charge of 40,000 KRW for an extra person.
The transportation links in every direction are excellent.
🚭 No smoking indoors (please smoke on the rooftop or outside on the ground floor). 🐶 No pets allowed. 🤫 As this is a shared residential building, please keep noise levels down during late hours. 💡 Excessive use of utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) may result in additional charges based on actual usage. Please keep the space clean and tidy up before checking out for the next guest (use the designated waste bags). Please separate your trash; mixing food waste with general waste may result in a fine if reported. ♡Important♡ Costs for special cleaning services will be deducted from the security deposit. There is a convenience store right out front, as well as a walking trail perfect for morning or evening strolls and exercise! Head over to Sangnoksu Station to find a food alley with a wide variety of dining options!
