This is a 3-bedroom villa located 500m from Chungjeongno Station (Line 2). Thanks to convenient transportation, you can quickly reach areas like Hongdae, Dongdaemun, and Jamsil without needing to transfer. Nearby attractions such as Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghwamun, and Deoksugung are also easily accessible. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated, and a Samsung portable TV (with OTT support) and a Samsung washer-dryer set have been installed (all brand new). There are high-rise buildings across the street, while the immediate surroundings consist of quiet residential villas. Please note there is a short but steep hill on the way up. I stayed here with my parents, and we were thoroughly satisfied with our visit! Prime Location: With the subway station right out front, transportation was excellent, and the location was perfect for walking to Namdaemun Market and Myeong-dong. There are also plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby! Clean and Convenient Facilities: All the appliances were brand new and clean, and the interior was neat and pleasant. Everything was well-stocked—including essentials like indoor slippers—and the detailed information provided made our stay very comfortable. Fast and Friendly Communication: Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly via text, which gave me great peace of mind and made the experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short-term rental.
