Boramae Hospital and Park are also within walking distance, as is the district library (1-minute walk) and a convenience store (1-minute walk).

Line 7 is convenient for commuting, and bus stops for Seoul Station, Mapo, Yeouido, Jongno, etc. are a 2-minute walk away. The Sillim Line is also within walking distance.
Check-in is contactless. The password will be sent via text message upon completion of the contract. Check-in is only possible with a SamSamM2 contract. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
The alley is safe because there are no CCTV blind spots around the building. The manager is on-site and will address any inconveniences on the same day.
Electricity and gas are billed separately. The deposit will be refunded after the actual costs are settled upon check-out.
It was a quiet accommodation close to the subway, and I liked that there were many traditional markets and restaurants nearby. The washing machine rattled until the wash was finished, which was a bit disappointing, but there was a coin laundry nearby, so I used it.
I had a good time.
The Wi-Fi often disconnects. It's a quiet neighborhood.
