The unit comes fully furnished and equipped. Amenities include a bed with bedding, a sofa, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste, as well as a hair dryer, comb, rice cooker, toaster, and tableware. Even if you arrive with nothing but yourself, major convenience stores are located within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to purchase any supplies you need. You simply need to bring your personal belongings.
It is a quick taxi ride from the terminal or Donghae Station. Hanseom Beach and Gamchusa Temple are just a five-minute walk away, as are a local supermarket and major convenience stores; fast delivery services are available, there are many great restaurants nearby, and the city center is within a 10-minute walk. With a wholesale food mart and E-Mart also close by, it is an ideal place to live. Additionally, attractions such as Samhwasa Temple, Mureung Valley, Mangsang, and Eodali are all within a 30-minute drive.
Please park on the first floor and take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. Enter the provided passcode at Unit 203 (the unit with the painting). Smoking is prohibited indoors; please smoke outside the building. Accommodates 1–2 guests; check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
You can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Hanseom Beach trail, which is beautifully illuminated, and the beach itself—though small—is stunning and attracts many visitors. Gamchusa Temple is located by the beach, just past the railway tracks, making it a perfect spot to catch the sunrise if you head out early in the morning. You can see fishing boats and cargo ships out at sea; the way they meet the horizon creates a beautiful view that draws the eye. With great restaurants, cafes, and brunch spots nearby, you can relax and enjoy a convenient lifestyle.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
It was clean and had far more amenities than described, which was great. Thanks to this, I was able to relax comfortably.
