This is a small apartment located on a hill overlooking the East Sea. It has a full sea view. This place is famous as the filming location for the movie "One Fine Spring Day" and the apartment in "Would You Like to Have Ramen?". We hope that those who are tired of the complex city and busy daily life will spend a healing and romantic time here.
KTX, Nuriho: Get off at Mukho Station (5 minutes by car to the accommodation) Express Bus: Donghae City Comprehensive Bus Terminal (10 minutes by car to the accommodation) By car: Sambon Apartment 2nd Complex, 231 Haemaji-gil, Donghae-si, Gangwon-do (You can park within the apartment complex.)
Check-in time is 2 PM. Check-out time is 12 PM. (We will provide the key number 30 minutes before check-in.) This is a non-smoking accommodation. (Smoking is allowed outside the building on the 1st floor. If you smoke inside the accommodation, your deposit will not be refunded.) Pets are not allowed. You must bring your own drinking water. Please turn off the air conditioner, heating, and electricity when checking out. Please wash the dishes and separate the trash when checking out. You will be responsible for compensating for any damage or loss of items in the accommodation.
If you walk 10 minutes to the right of the accommodation, you will find Mukho Lighthouse, a tourist attraction in Donghae City, and it is also connected to Nongoldam-gil and Dojjaebigol. If you walk 15 minutes down to the left of the accommodation, you will find Eodal Beach. Since it is on a hill, you can see the sea from anywhere, making it a great place for walks. You can also enjoy fresh sashimi at a reasonable price at the nearby Mukho Port. Mukho Station is also close. There is a CU convenience store and a supermarket in front of the accommodation, which is convenient. Donghae City Tourist Attractions: Mangsang Beach (you can see the vast sea), Daejin Beach (a mecca for surfers), Eodal Beach (15 minutes on foot), Mukho Lighthouse (10 minutes on foot), Nongoldam-gil (a charming hillside alley with a view of the sea), Dojjaebigol (Sky Valley, Haerang Observatory), Mukho Port (sells fresh sashimi at a reasonable price), Mukho Port Coastal Passenger Terminal (operates to Ulleungdo and Dokdo), Chuam Beach Candlestick Rock (the place mentioned in the national anthem), Mureung Valley, Cheongok Cave. Donghae is famous for mulhoe, gomchi-guk, and jangkalguksu.
From April to September, the utility fee is 50,000 won. From October to March, the utility fee is 100,000 won (including heating costs).
The house is so pretty and the view is great. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences!

It's a great house to look at the sea in the morning and evening. I often wake up at dawn, but the house lights are pretty, and I can see the lights of fishing boats on the sea, so I made good memories without getting bored even at dawn.
