With two separate bedrooms, it is perfect for a relaxing solo stay or for couples, friends, and families to stay together. It is furnished with one queen-sized bed and one single bed, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Its prime location offers easy access to the cafes and restaurants of Gyeongnidan-gil, as well as the neighborhoods of Itaewon, Haebangchon, Hannam-dong, and Namsan—making it an ideal choice for travelers or those planning a stay of several weeks to months in Seoul. Fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities, you can move in comfortably with just your personal belongings.

With essential furniture and amenities already in place, you can simply bring your personal belongings and settle in comfortably.

Hannam-dong and the Leeum Museum of Art are also nearby. Major universities like Dongguk University and Sookmyung Women's University are about 15 minutes away, and there is excellent public transport access to Yonsei, Ewha Womans, and Sogang Universities, making this an ideal choice for exchange students, visiting researchers, and remote workers. The place was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. It was great being within walking distance of Noksapyeong Station and having plenty of restaurants and lovely cafes nearby. I’ll definitely visit again! :)
