Hillstate Sokcho is a brand-new apartment complex where move-ins began on June 30th. It is a fully equipped unit featuring five air conditioning units, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kimchi refrigerator, a microwave-oven combo, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. It also includes a 6-person electric rice cooker. The living room and kitchen floors have been upgraded to marble. It comes complete with a 6-person ceramic dining table, a 65-inch TV, and internet access. Furnishings include a King-size bed in the master bedroom, two Super Single beds and a desk in the smaller room. A CordZero vacuum cleaner and a robot vacuum are provided. High-quality curtains are installed in every room. It is a fully furnished and equipped home. Additionally, it is fully stocked with a 6-person dinnerware set, various plates, cups, and frying pans. A knife set, kitchen utensil set, cutting board, and other essentials are all provided.

Deungdae Beach (Cold raw fish soup street, grilled clams, seafood street food stalls, Abai-style raw fish noodles, and famous squid sundae restaurants)
1. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. 3. Please refrain from excessive noise or parties during late hours. 4. Upon check-out, please leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived and ensure waste is sorted for recycling.
