Spanning approximately 26 square meters (8 pyeong), the unit consists of two connected spaces, making it ideal for separating the sleeping area from the living area. It is convenient for a relaxing solo stay or for use during long-term business trips. There is no bed frame; floor bedding is provided instead. The unit features a new washing machine, a refrigerator, and basic kitchen facilities. Gas cooking is not available, but electric cooking appliances will be provided. The unit is located on the 5th floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Although the building is older, the interior is equipped with the necessary essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Electricity costs are included up to a certain monthly limit; if usage exceeds this limit due to excessive consumption, the excess amount will be billed separately based on actual usage.
Charges for electricity, water, heating, and hot water (gas) are not included in the management fee and will be settled separately upon check-out based on actual usage. Gas is not available for cooking; please use electric cooking appliances.
