I stayed here because there was a gap between lease terms during my move. There are many great things about the place, but I’ll keep it brief. 1. The landlord is kind. They are easy to reach and respond promptly to any inquiries. 2. The location is excellent. It’s close to the station, and since I enjoy running, the distance from here to Ttukseom is exactly 5km. We were worried before moving in, but we had a great stay. I highly recommend it.
The space was more spacious and cleaner overall than it looked in the photos! ☺️ It has two rooms, making it convenient for storing luggage, and it’s well-equipped with all the essentials, so I think it would be comfortable for a long-term stay too. 👍👍 I was a bit worried at first because it’s a semi-basement unit, but it didn't feel stuffy at all once I arrived; it was quiet and comfortable. It’s close to Gwangnaru Station and has a convenience store right nearby—the location is super convenient. There are also quite a few good restaurants and cafes in the area, likely because Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary is nearby. The host was also kind and quick to respond whenever I reached out! I’d definitely want to stay here again if I need a place in the area for a short-term stay! 😊
