With a spacious living area and a separate loft level, it offers a comfortable living space for two, while accommodating up to five guests. 🛏️ A bed and an additional mattress are provided for a comfortable stay, 📺 and a Smart TV allows you to easily enjoy content like YouTube and Netflix. Highly recommended for those needing a place to stay for 4 weeks or more— whether for business trips, remote work, medical visits, travel, or during a move or home renovation. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.

🏡 Usage Guidelines Check-in is contactless. Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM We will send you check-in instructions via message prior to your arrival. As this is a shared residential building, please refrain from hosting parties or making excessive noise. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not available. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking inside may result in a professional cleaning fee. Please bring your own personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Basic amenities are provided; please contact us for details. You can easily purchase any necessary household items at nearby Daiso stores or convenience stores.

💡 Utility/Service Fee Information Basic utilities—such as electricity, gas, water, and internet—are included in the service fee. The fee is based on an occupancy of two people. It was great that the bedding provided was suitable for four people. The area is relatively quiet since many residents live alone, and its proximity to Migeum Station offers the advantage of easy access to various amenities.

I frequently use short-term rentals. Although the building was older, it was well-maintained, and above all, I liked that the room was more spacious than other officetels. Many places in Seoul lack parking, but here, parking was convenient throughout my long-term stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bundang.
