An additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for a 3rd guest. ✔️ Parking is available for one vehicle. Please provide your license plate number in advance for parking management. If the on-site parking is full, please use nearby street parking. ✔️ Self-cleaning supplies are provided, including a vacuum, mop, lint roller, and laundry detergent. ✔️ Amenities include a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioners (2 units), microwave, electric kettle, and hair dryer. ✔️ Bedding is freshly laundered and sanitized before your arrival. Please let me know if you prefer to use your own bedding; I can remove the existing bedding for you. ✔️ Personal hygiene items (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.) are not provided, so please bring your own. ✔️ Please message me if you wish to extend your stay by a few days. ⚠️ Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the building. Violation may result in charges for special cleaning or wallpaper replacement (200,000–300,000 KRW). ⚠️ There are neighbors living nearby. Please be mindful of noise to avoid complaints. ⚠️ You will be charged for any damage to furnishings or stains on fabric items (bedding, rugs). I promise to provide a pleasant and comfortable space. Please take good care of this space that is very special to me. 😄
The building is located right next to the road and features CCTV for safety. Fire extinguishers are provided, and alarms (for fire, gas, and carbon monoxide) are installed.
