Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in instructions and the contract. Smoking indoors and bringing in pets are prohibited. The standard occupancy is 4 people, with a maximum of 6 people. An additional fee will be charged for each person exceeding 4. As this is a residential apartment, parties are prohibited. Please note that unannounced visitors will incur an additional fee. Elementary school students and older are counted as additional people.
On the way home from the subway station, there is a traditional market, so you can buy ingredients at a low price. There is a food alley near Isu Station with all kinds of food, cafes, restaurants, etc. E-Mart Everyday is a 5-minute walk away, and they deliver for purchases over 20,000 won. You can enjoy various restaurants in Bangbae-dong and Sadang-dong by delivery.
Utilities are included in the management fee, but additional charges may apply if electricity or gas usage is excessive. Excessive usage is defined as a 30% or greater increase in charges compared to the previous year.
