Most daily essentials are already provided, making it convenient for international students or anyone looking for a move-in-ready room. We are a newlywed couple who got married last year. If any urgent situations arise during your stay in Korea, we can offer assistance within our means. 🙂
It is located between Sindaebang Station and Sillim Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, or you can take a local bus to transfer to the subway.
- There is a traditional market nearby, making grocery shopping convenient (and affordable). - It is geographically well-situated, offering easy access to both Sinchon and Gangnam.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
The room was spotless, and even though I arrived on short notice, everything I needed was ready for me. I ended up extending my stay, and thanks to the kind and attentive service, I had a very comfortable three weeks. Thank you!
