- It is a neat and clean room. - It is a fully furnished room equipped with a bed, TV, and washing machine. - The bed, sheets, duvet, and pillowcases were all recently purchased and are in brand-new condition.
- It is a 3-minute walk to Yongmun Station. - Parking is available under the building for vehicles (7 PM – 9 AM). - Outside of these hours, you can use the public parking lot directly across the street.
- We will send you a text message once the booking is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- The area is convenient, with nearby amenities such as takeout coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. - The neighborhood can get crowded on market days (the 5th and 10th of the month).
Fixed base rate plus charges for excess usage (if weekly consumption exceeds 100 kWh of electricity or 20 m³ of gas, the excess amount will be deducted from the security deposit). Rates: 300 KRW per kWh; 1,000 KRW per m³.
I had a comfortable stay. Any issues were addressed immediately. Highly recommended!
