You’ll also have convenient access to a tidy kitchen and dining area, as well as ample space for hanging clothes and storage.
The location offers convenient access to public transportation. Namsan Station (Line 3) is just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby bus stops make it easy to travel to major tourist attractions and the city center (Seomun Market, Banwoldang, Catholic University Hospital, Yeungnam University Hospital, Gyesan Cathedral, and Dongseong-ro are all within 10–20 minutes). A Kakao parking lot is located 3 minutes away; you can get a better rate by purchasing a discount pass via the Kakao app. Parking is also available in the residential area.
Room Usage Guidelines • Smoking is prohibited indoors. • There is a designated smoking area right outside the front door. • Please tidy up the space and clean any dishes you have used. • Feel free to use the beam projector. • As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. • The standard occupancy is 2 people; please let us know if there are additional guests. • Please understand that pets are not allowed. • Check-in is contactless (we will send the access code via text message). • Please understand that we cannot provide toiletries or bedding for short-term rentals. (We will provide detailed usage instructions upon booking.) While we would love to provide them, we are unable to do so; however, if there is no booking immediately following yours, we can offer a more flexible schedule. (Please let us know your preferred usage time when inquiring.) • Please understand that if any items are damaged or soiled during your stay, repair or compensation costs may be charged depending on the situation. Please do not move the furniture, and note that nails or stickers are not allowed on the walls. Please be aware that any resulting damage will incur a charge. ㅠ We hope you have a comfortable and pleasant time. Please keep the space clean. 🤎
The Keimyung University campus is famous for its beauty and is great for a walk, and there are plenty of cafes nearby.
Please note that items not included in the management fee will be charged when the security deposit is settled. 😊
The building was quiet, with no noise from other floors. I really liked the furniture and decor, which showed great attention to detail. The service was also very friendly. For parking, signing up for a monthly pass at the nearby Kakao Parking lot makes it convenient and hassle-free.
