- It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the Seodaegu and Seongseo Industrial Complexes. - It is a 12-minute walk to Exit 6 of Yongsan Station. - It takes 8 minutes by car to reach Seodaegu Station. - Located behind the courthouse in Yongsan-dong, Dalseo-gu, it is in an excellent spot for those using Sincheon-daero.
- Toiletries and hygiene supplies such as soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided; please bring your own. - Bedding is not provided, but rental sets are available for those unable to bring their own. (One set consisting of a duvet and pillow costs 2,000 KRW—a one-time fee paid upon move-in, not a daily charge; please let us know in advance.) - You may move in during the morning, but please check out by 3:00 PM. - The move-in process is contactless.
- Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - A cash receipt will be issued after you have moved in. Please let us know in advance if you require a cash receipt. (As this is a rental business rather than an accommodation business, VAT is not included.)
- Utility costs not included in the management fee (gas, electricity) will be calculated and billed upon move-out. - Gas charges are based on city gas rates for residential housing, at 1,000 KRW per cubic meter (m³) of consumption. - Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage of included utilities.
