With GTX Unjeong Station, Lotte Premium Outlet, and the Simhaksan restaurant street all within a five-minute drive, it serves as the perfect basecamp for both leisure trips and business visits to Paju. ⭐️ A personal sanctuary designed with care From the moment you arrive, the warm lighting and cozy atmosphere wash away the fatigue of the day.
It is a 5-minute drive to GTX Unjeong Jungang Station. You can catch buses to the outlet and Seoul at the bus stop right in front of the house.
[Usage Information & House Rules] * Standard Occupancy: Max. 2 guests (Exceeding the limit is not permitted to ensure a comfortable stay) * Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (Contactless self check-in) * Entry Instructions: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send a text message on the day of check-in with the door lock code and detailed entry instructions. [No Cleaning Fee Policy & Waste Sorting Guide] Thanks to the thoughtfulness of our guests, Juju Stay does not charge a separate cleaning fee. Please observe the following guidelines upon check-out for the next guest: * Please wash any used dishes and tidy up the space before checking out. * All waste must be sorted and disposed of according to regulations. * A special cleaning fee may be charged if waste is not disposed of properly or if there is severe soiling upon check-out.
[Essential Accommodation Rules & Notices] * No Resident Registration: As this is a short-term rental, resident registration (moving-in report) is strictly prohibited. * No Smoking & No Pets Indoors: To maintain a pleasant environment, indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in charges for professional specialized cleaning services. * Care of Facilities and Furnishings: You will be charged for restoration costs and damages if any furniture, appliances, bedding, or other amenities are damaged, broken, or severely soiled. [Management Fees & Utilities] * Basic Management Fees Included: Basic management fees and utility costs are included in the accommodation rate and will not be charged separately. * Energy Conservation: Please turn off heating/cooling systems and lights when leaving the unit for environmental protection and safety; please note that excessive use of utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) may result in additional charges.
