It's a super-duper station-area house where you can get to KINTEX Station in just 30 seconds from home. You can get to Seoul Station in about 10 minutes. ❤️ Lake Park, One Mount, Garosu-gil, H&M, and Zara are all within a 5-minute walk, allowing for leisurely strolls and enjoyable shopping. ❤️ Traders is a 2-minute drive away, and KINTEX Exhibition Center is within walking distance!
❤️The house is on a high floor, which is preferred by many people, so it has a great open view. ❤️The move-in cleaning has been done neatly, so you can move in right away. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 12 PM. ❤️If more than 3 people will be using the house, please coordinate in advance. (We will provide information on the cost.) ❤️Pets are not allowed. ❤️Smoking is strictly prohibited. ❤️Parking is available for 1 car.
💜 You can call the elevator from inside the house. It is well-equipped with home appliances such as a large TV, large refrigerator, electric oven, washing machine, and dryer. It consists of 2 queen-size beds, a dressing room, a powder room, a bathroom with a shower booth, and a bathroom with a bathtub. 💜 If you walk out from the common entrance on the 1st floor, there is a convenience store, cafe, pharmacy, hospital, and restaurants. There is nothing that is not there~ 💜 Travel, business trip, moving, interior design! If you want hotel-like convenience 🛀 and the comfort of your own home 🏠 for any purpose, come to our house!
