It provides convenient access to major districts like Gangnam, Apgujeong, and Nonhyeon, making it an ideal choice for business trips, sightseeing, medical visits, or extended stays. The Sinsa and Apgujeong area is home to highly specialized plastic surgery clinics, dermatology clinics, and dental offices frequented by both domestic and international visitors; the location is highly convenient for those staying for consultations, procedures, or treatments. The unit features a king-size bed, comfortably accommodating two adults. Floor bedding (comforter set) is provided for additional guests.
Located about a 1-minute walk from Sinsa Station (subway) and a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Convenient transportation and within walking distance of Garosu-gil. Easy access to Gangnam, Nonhyeon, and Apgujeong, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. Parking is available for private vehicles, but additional fees apply. The daily parking rate (24 hours starting at midnight) is 20,000 KRW; if you exit and re-enter, you must pay again. Standard parking is 3,000 KRW per 30 minutes, and the monthly parking fee is approximately 130,000 KRW.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location is great: it's close to Sinsa Station, with lots of coffee shops and a Daiso within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked with essentials like toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, and bedding. There was even an English guide with helpful tips, such as how to use the air conditioner, bidet, and motorized blinds. My only difficulty was taking out the garbage and food waste, since I couldn't find the designated bags. The owner was very responsive and quickly helped me sort it out. Overall, the apartment looked just like the pictures. It's modern, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to get a good rest. I would happily stay here again!
