All utility charges—including electricity, gas, water, internet, and TV—are included in the management fee. Please be advised that if the actual utility costs exceed the standard monthly average (300,000 KRW) by more than 30%, the excess amount may be deducted from your security deposit. This policy is in place to prevent excessive usage and waste, and we ask for your kind understanding.
First of all, the room itself was spacious, making my one-month stay really comfortable! It was fully equipped with almost everything I needed—such as a TV, induction cooktop, hair dryer, and towels—so I could practically just show up with my personal belongings and some food. It was so convenient not having to prepare anything extra. 😊 The location is fantastic, too! It’s just a three-minute walk from Hapjeong Station, which made commuting and getting around incredibly easy. There’s also a laundromat right out front, making it very convenient to do laundry! I stayed for about a month and had a truly comfortable experience without any issues. Overall, it was a great place to live, and I was so satisfied that I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short-term rental!!
