This room was decorated to send off a friend who had been with us for four years since the building was newly built and to welcome new friends. I'm excited to see what kind of traveler will stay here and what kind of friend will come. It's a spacious studio room with a large window. It includes two single beds, a dining table, a TV, and all other living amenities. Of course, there's also a washing machine. There are also kitchen utensils for cooking.
It is within walking distance of Jeungmi Station on Line 9.
Move-in is possible after consultation. You can check in at your convenience after 2 PM. There is a queen bed and a super single bed. Bedding and tableware are provided, so you can just bring yourself.
It's a quiet place because it's a residential area. Of course, there are streetlights and CCTV around. It's a safe place.
All costs are included, such as utility bills, septic tank fees, and internet.
