- It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the Seodaegu Industrial Complex and Seongseo Industrial Complex. - It is a 12-minute walk to Exit 6 of Yongsan Station. - It takes 8 minutes by car to reach Seodaegu Station. - Located behind the courthouse in Yongsan-dong, Dalseo-gu, it is in an excellent location for those using Sincheon-daero.
- Toiletries and hygiene supplies such as soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided, so please bring your own. - Bedding is not provided, but rental sets are available for those unable to bring their own. (One set consisting of a duvet and pillow costs 2,000 KRW—a one-time fee paid upon move-in, not a daily charge; please let us know in advance.) - You may move in during the morning, but please check out by 3:00 PM.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions on move-in and usage. - The move-in process is contactless. - A cash receipt will be issued after move-in is complete. Please let us know in advance if you require a cash receipt. (This is a rental service, not a lodging business; VAT is not included.)
- Utility charges not included in the management fee (gas and electricity) will be calculated and billed upon check-out. - Gas charges are based on the city gas rate for residential housing, at 1,000 KRW per cubic meter (m³) of consumption.
