(A separate cleaning fee will be charged for violations) 🍀 Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid making noise that disturbs other floors.
🍀 All utility costs are included in the management fee. (Please note that guests may be charged an additional fee in the event of excessive utility usage.) 🍀 We kindly ask you to use the facilities with care, treating the space as if it were your own home.
The accommodation facilities were excellent, and the host was so kind that I was able to relax both physically and mentally. I plan to visit the area again for business in the future and would love to stay here again.

I appreciated the host's kind and prompt responses, the bed size that was ample for a family of five, the spacious living room, and the clean bathroom. Also, although our original stay was until the 13th, I asked if we could check out on the 14th since the construction work was finishing up then; the host agreed to let us stay for an additional fee, and I was very grateful for that.
