The check-in process is contactless; check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. ❤️ A communal dryer is available for free use. ❤️ Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the building. A designated smoking area is provided next to the building. We appreciate your understanding, as these rules help maintain a pleasant environment. (No indoor smoking or pets allowed.) ❤️ Most communication and information sharing take place via KakaoTalk. ❤️ Other residents are quiet and considerate, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere during your stay. ❤️ CCTV and secure entry doors are installed, so you can stay with peace of mind. ❤️ The standard occupancy is up to two people, and the unit is furnished with one king-sized bed. ❤️ Please separate your trash, food waste, and recyclables for disposal.
