We can connect you with a professional cleaning service if needed (please inquire). 😿 No loud noise/shouting, no parties, and no strong-smelling foods. 🤙 Please sort your recycling. 👻 No indoor smoking or pets allowed. (I love cats and dogs too, though!) 🙏 Violating these rules may result in a special cleaning fee. 🙏 Please feel free to use the furnishings and amenities as if they were your own, but please be careful, as additional charges will apply for breakage, permanent scratches, or stains.
👍 There are so many great restaurants and attractions nearby. Although we are in a bustling area, 'Iwoo House' is tucked away in a quiet alley next to a school, so you can truly relax. Yet, you're just one street away from all the hotspots! 😿 Please note that compensation fees will be charged for any damage or staining of property; the cost may be deducted from your security deposit. 😿 The bedding shown on the bed in the photos is not provided as a standard inclusion. (You will need to bring your own or have it delivered via Coupang. If that is difficult, we can arrange a basic setup through a partner service.)
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. We have set the rate to the minimum. 🙏Please use only what you need. 🏭An additional maintenance fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies from December to February. (For long-term stays, you only pay for what you use; the fee is calculated based on meter readings.) 😿Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for an additional maintenance fee.
