This is a fully furnished unit featuring a spacious, pleasant living room, one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. As a newly built property, all facilities are pristine, and the spacious elevator ensures convenient access. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and internet TV with Netflix access, as well as a washer-dryer combo unit. 🚩Pets (dogs or cats) are strictly prohibited.
