Smoking is prohibited both indoors and on the terrace; parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM out of consideration for neighbors. 🏢 Building Information The accommodation is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator; however, the stairs are shorter than those in a standard building, so it is equivalent to climbing about three and a half flights. The private terrace is for the exclusive use of guests staying at this accommodation.

As the first guest, I enjoyed the process of filling in the details and shaping the space together—it felt like setting up a home. Although the sweltering heat kept me from using the terrace earlier, the cool air in the early hours of my last day gave me the chance to finally enjoy it. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
