😀 This is the first move-in after the renovation. All appliances and furniture are brand new. A super single size bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, bidet, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, cordless vacuum cleaner, water purifier, desk, chair, and wardrobe are provided, so you can stay comfortably by bringing only your personal belongings. 😊 The main gate of Sungkyunkwan University is right in front of the house. The famous Sungkyunkwan Ginkgo Tree is visible from the window. It is close enough to walk to, and you can take the bus to the school buildings from the main gate.

We will send you a usage guide message once the contract is confirmed. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A hot and cold water dispenser is available in the common area. In accordance with short-term rental regulations, bedding is not provided. Please contact us if you require bedding.
