Guests must have verifiable identities; address registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Please respect each other's daily routines and need for rest, and refrain from any behavior that might disturb others. Please make phone calls in your own room, avoid showering or using the washing machine late at night, rinse used dishes immediately before putting them in the dishwasher, do not enter others' private spaces without permission, clear away hair after showering, and sort your personal trash. The host takes care of cleaning common areas, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash. :)
Hagikcheon Stream is located right in front of the building, and facilities such as a library and a swimming pool are nearby. Underground parking connected to the elevator is available for an additional fee. Please note that this is a shared living space with a cat. My cat is a senior cat with a very gentle and shy temperament; it does not approach strangers first and has never shown any aggressive behavior. Since it spends most of its time quietly resting or sleeping, it tends not to be intrusive during your stay.
Usage within normal daily limits—excluding excessive waste, such as leaving the heating or cooling running while you are out—is covered by the maintenance fee. Please enjoy your stay!
