Although the property is situated on flat ground near the subway station, there is a beautifully laid-out walking trail right behind the house. The trail connecting Dongjak and Sadang is a safe area popular for barefoot walking; with rest areas and benches scattered throughout, it’s the perfect spot to get lost in a good book. Being located near schools, the sports fields are open for exercise after school hours. The neighborhood is packed with great restaurants (including 24-hour delivery options), stylish cafés from various brands, delivery-friendly marts, and convenience stores. Major medical facilities like Gangnam Severance Hospital and Seoul National University Boramae Medical Center, as well as numerous local clinics, are all within a 10-minute drive. I loved this place so much that even five stars wouldn't be enough. The host mentioned she poured her heart and soul into it, and it really shows—you can tell she put so much thought into everything. Her attention to detail is evident in every corner; it’s the first time I’ve ever seen a colander provided in the kitchen! It’s the kind of place where I’d want to live long-term rather than just stay for a short-term rental. The host is so warm and welcoming, and the house itself has such a cozy, inviting feel.
