Additionally, it comes fully equipped with a large two-door refrigerator, TV, shoe cabinet, induction cooktop, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and wall-mounted air conditioner, allowing for a complete, all-in-one living experience.

In particular, strict compliance is required regarding the absolute ban on indoor smoking (please use the designated area outside on the 1st floor), the prohibition of high-wattage electric heating appliances, the restriction on operating induction cooktops at high heat for extended periods, and the ban on keeping pets. Note: Winter heating operates on an off-peak electricity system (active only at night), and tenant registration (resident registration) is not available for short-term leases.
