This is the first move-in after the recent renovation. The bedding, desk, and other items are brand new. There is a microwave and water dispenser on the stairs to the 2nd floor 😁 There is one washing machine each in the restrooms on the 5th floor and the rooftop 😃 You can hang your laundry on the drying racks on the rooftop ~! There are two laundromats within a 1-minute walk.
There is a Seoul National University Venture Town Station-Sillim Line bus stop within a 5-minute walk (Mirimgogae, Gosi Village Entrance ~ takes about 10 minutes to Sillim Station, about 13 minutes to Seoul National University Station).
Welcome foreigners!! It is a new product such as blankets and desks. There is a microwave and water purifier on the stairs on the second floor. 😁 There are 2 washing machines on the 5th floor.
There are various amenities within a one-minute walk, including a self-service laundromat, convenience store, cafe, and study room. We can store bulky luggage (e.g., suitcases). Seoul National University exchange students and international students are welcome 😁. If you have any other questions, please contact me.
Items included in the maintenance fee are not charged separately. 30,000 won for cleaning when checking out. The utility bills, including the maintenance fee, are 10,000 won per week.
The host was great, but the bathroom was very inconvenient—it was a hassle every time I washed up. Also, the room tends to be humid, so please keep that in mind. Everything else was fine.
