From the Buk-gu Office bus stop located within about 200 meters, there are excellent bus routes to places such as Seoyoung University in Unam-dong, Health College in Sinchang-dong, Nambu University in Cheomdan, and Songjeong Station.
There are no separate management fees in addition to the rent.
The room was cozy, and I really appreciated that there were no drafts even though the weather had turned cold. It was also great being able to easily communicate with the host, and I was grateful for how quickly any requests were handled😁
