This is an officetel facing the BEXCO Convention Center and Centum Hotel. Haeundae Beach, Gwangalli Beach, Olympic Park, Busan Cinema Center, Suyeong River, Jangsan, etc. It is a place where mountains, sea, and river are all harmonized, so it is good for morning and evening exercise. Shinsegae Department Store, Centum Lotte Department Store, Art Museum, Social Sports Center, and Homeplus are all within walking distance, and there are many restaurants in the building that serve breakfast. It is a wonderful officetel. There are two hotels nearby, so you can also enjoy breakfast in a hotel style. Haha
