It is located close to Olympic Park, Asan Medical Center, Jamsil, Konkuk University (Gundae), and Seongsu. The interior has been recently renovated, and all bedding has been replaced with new items. Situated on the second floor of a mixed-use building, the unit is bright and well-ventilated, located in a quiet residential area. The layout consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom; the standard occupancy is two people. It can accommodate up to four guests. For parking, the Cheonho 2-dong Public Parking Lot (a 2-minute walk away) is recommended. Parking in front of the building is permitted after the ground-floor shops close (between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM) and before 7:00 AM. Fully furnished; the dining table is extendable to seat up to four people. The bed in the smaller room is an IKEA Hemnes sofa bed; it converts into a Queen-size bed (160cm) when the base is pulled out. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Located 8 minutes from Cheonho Station, 3 minutes from Cheonho Rodeo Street and Cheonho Park, and a 10-minute drive from Asan Medical Center and Olympic Park. It is a quiet home situated within 3 minutes of Lotte Mart, Daiso, and a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and relaxation spots.
Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a text message with usage instructions. I live within 10 minutes of the property, so I can promptly address any issues. I will send you the access code on the morning of your check-in.
It is a convenient place to stay, with various restaurants, shopping malls, and department stores nearby.
Excessive maintenance fees may be billed additionally.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I put a lot of care into cleaning the place, so I apologize for the inconvenience and will work harder on maintaining it. I bought some Combat bait today and placed it in every corner. I was a bit worried the moment I entered the house because food waste and general trash had piled up during your stay in this summer weather. Wishing you all the best^^
