I am looking for someone to use the space while I am away on frequent business trips to other regions. Highly recommended for design lovers! 😊
It is about a 5-minute walk from Bomun Station or Sinseol-dong Station, though you can get there even faster by using a nearby bus stop. It is about a 15-minute walk from Anam Station. It is very close to Korea University Hospital, Sungshin Women's University, Korea University, Hansung University, Seoul National University Hospital, Hyehwa-dong, Seongbuk-dong, Bukchon, Dongdaemun Market, Gwanghwamun, and Seoul Forest, making it an excellent location for sightseeing in Seoul. 🌇🌃
@@@ You are welcome to inspect the room condition anytime the unit is vacant; however, please understand that inspections are not possible when a tenant is currently in residence. ☺️ @@@ In compliance with public health regulations for rental businesses, we do not provide bedding, towels, shampoo, or personal hygiene products; however, we have neatly prepared all other necessary household items for your use. 🌿To ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for you, early move-in before 4:00 PM is currently unavailable. 🙏🏼 (Please contact us separately if you need to store your moving items early. :)) During the warmer late spring and summer months, we strongly recommend using the air conditioner after moving in! ☺️ The move-in process is conducted in person, and once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with instructions on moving in and using the facilities. Due to the nature of the space, occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of two people. Please inform us in advance if there will be three people, including a preschool-aged child. Please be mindful of noise levels after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other residents. 🪴All plants are equipped with automatic watering systems, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful greenery. 🛏️The 180cm king-size bed is optimized for a comfortable sleep. 💬You will be charged for any damages or stains caused to the property or items. 👨🏻🎨We have also provided a few design books; please feel free to read them and keep them in good condition.
All utility charges are billed separately upon check-out. Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
