More than just a place to sleep, the layout and storage have been carefully planned to ensure comfort during stays of several weeks or longer. You can register your vehicle and obtain a parking sticker at the management office on weekdays (09:00–18:00); visitor parking passes are available for weekend or after-hours check-ins. Terms of Use • Minimum stay: 2 weeks • 5% discount for contracts of 6 weeks or longer • Strictly no smoking indoors • No pets allowed Please use electricity and heating/cooling systems responsibly. Additional charges may apply if usage significantly exceeds normal levels, resulting in excessive utility costs. A space more comfortable than a hotel and more special than a standard short-term rental. We have prepared everything to ensure a comfortable stay.
Pyeongchon Central Park is located right in front of the officetel, making it great for morning exercise, and its proximity to Beomgye Station offers convenient access to restaurants, hospitals, and cafes.
Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.
First of all, the place is incredibly clean. The location is fantastic, and everything we needed was right nearby! The atmosphere is perfect—the interior, kitchen, and bathroom were exactly what we were looking for. We had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and the host was so accommodating; we were able to relax and enjoy our time here comfortably. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Korea! Thank you! :)
