This studio is available for up to 2 people. It comes with a single bed, a single-person futon, and bedding. There's no building in front, so it doesn't feel stuffy and offers good privacy. It's south-facing, so it gets sunlight all day. We provide pension-level amenities (additional consumables are not provided for discounted contracts). Due to the COVID-19 situation, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors are not provided. Free delivery for orders over 20,000 won. We have a contract with a supermarket. Simple items like alcohol and ramen will be delivered within 2 hours.
Konyang University Hospital, Yuseong, Doan, and Gyeryong are nearby. 5 minutes by car from Seodaejeon Tollgate Take bus No. 1, 3, 704, 211, 216, 3, or 2002 Convenient access to Doan, Daejeon Station, Seodaejeon Station, Gyeryong City Hall, and Yuseong Bus stop is 100 meters away.
This is a contactless self-check-in. We will send you the password one hour before check-in. If you do not need bedding or towels, please contact us in advance.
It is located near a large apartment complex, so there are various convenience facilities such as delivery restaurants, marts, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores. It is more than 200 meters away from the commercial area, so you can stay quietly and comfortably. In the case of cleaning at the level of departure cleaning, not regular cleaning, the departure cleaning fee will be charged at actual cost, and the 33M2 deposit will be approved for return upon completion of payment. No smoking indoors. If the wall is damaged, a restoration fee of 50,000 won per side will be charged. A deodorization fee of 200,000 won will be charged for indoor smoking. An additional management fee of 40,000 won per person per month will be added. A quiet evening life~~ is possible^^
Utility bills are settled based on actual usage.^^ We will check you out after settlement.
