Basement Level 2: Sauna and public bathhouse Basement Levels 1–6: Parking facilities (EV charging stations available on Basement Level 2) There are many parks nearby for walking and exercise, and the Yangjaecheon Stream walking path is close by, offering a great spot for relaxation. A variety of restaurants and dining streets are located nearby, providing plenty of options for meals.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee; however, if usage significantly exceeds the standard limit, we may be required to charge an additional fee. We recommend turning off the heating, cooling, boiler, and gas when you are away :)
I stayed here during a one-week trip to Seoul! The view from the room was amazing. There were two of us, and the space was more than enough! The building itself has everything you need—a bakery, a supermarket, and many local restaurants on the lower level. The best part was that the subway exit is right next to the building! The landlord was incredibly helpful, always responding very quickly and assisting with parking.

Thanks to the incredibly kind and thoughtful host, I had a completely hassle-free stay. It is directly connected to Daecheong Station and features a wide range of amenities spanning from the basement to the upper floors, making it a fantastic place for a short-term stay. I highly recommend it.

I was a bit worried since it was my first time booking a short-term rental, but the host was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment before check-in until the day we left. Whenever I had a question, they provided quick and detailed answers, allowing me to stay with complete peace of mind. Above all, I was concerned because my mother, who traveled up from the countryside, was staying there alone; thanks to the host, however, she was able to stay comfortably without any issues. As a family member, I was truly grateful for the way the host proactively looked after her needs and showed such warm consideration. Honestly, this was the most satisfying place I’ve stayed at recently. It felt like more than just a rental; I could sense the host's genuine care in ensuring guests feel as comfortable as they would at home. I was so pleased that I wished I could have stayed longer, and I sincerely thank you for providing such a wonderful space and for your warm hospitality. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises! 😊
