This is a neat room with a recently updated interior. It comes fully equipped with a new bed, air conditioner, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, and induction cooktop. It is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Gwangan Station (Exit 6). If coming from Busan Station, you can take Bus No. 40 and get off at Suyeong Middle School. Gwangalli Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the area offers plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. The landlord is friendly, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay—whether for a business trip, a short vacation, or a month-long stay.
Get off at Gwangan Station (Subway Line 2), take Exit 6, and walk 200 meters toward SK Apartments. If coming from Busan Station, take Bus No. 40 and get off at Suyeong Middle School.
We will send you a message once the booking is confirmed. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will send the door lock code via text message on the morning of your check-in. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, heating, and any electric appliances when you go out. Please dispose of recyclables and food waste at the designated area on the first floor. Please refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 PM out of consideration for the neighbors. Upon check-out, please wash the dishes and return any used items to their original places.
This is the perfect spot to enjoy Gwangalli Beach. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, yet the accommodation is situated away from the main road, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. It is also conveniently located near Mt. Hwangnyeong. I will provide attentive and friendly assistance, so please feel free to contact me!
